丹麥商標續展變化

As from July 1, 2019, the Danish trademark renewal cannot be proceeded in 3 classes with a sum of money. The new mode for trademark renewal will be carried out according to the classification. That is to say, holders should file a renewal with the first class, the second class, the third class and each additional class.

2019年7月1日起，丹麥商標續展將改變1筆費用包含3個類別的續展模式。新的商標續展將按照類別進行收費，即分為首類、二類，三類及以上類別。

The price will surely rise following the required classification of renewal. There is a comparison of the current renewal fee and the new renewal official fee:

分類續展，價格必然上漲。以下是目前續展官費與新續展官費的對比：

As from January 1, 2019, trademarks in Denmark are valid for ten years from the filing date and may be renewed for ten-year periods. The 10-year validity term of the trademarks registered before January 1, 2019, is still counted from the registration date. The request for renewal shall be effected by payment of the prescribed fee to the Patent and Trademark Office within six months before the expiry of the registration period or within a six-month grace period.

自2019年1月1日起，丹麥商標自申請日起十年內有效，續展有效期為十年。在2019年1月1日之前注冊的商標，其10年有效期仍然從注冊日算起。 申請續展應在注冊期限屆滿前6個月內，或在注冊期限屆滿后6個月的寬限期內向丹麥專利商標局提出，并支付續展官費。

Official Fee Increase for Trademark in Argentina

阿根廷商標官費上漲

Recently, the Argentinean Trademark Office has issued a resolution to increase the trademark official fee and the resolution will come into force on 1st, July 2019. The main changes of official fee include application, renewal and assignment. Details are as follows:

近日，阿根廷商標局發布了一則關于商標費用上漲的決議，該決議將于2019年7月1日生效。此次費用上漲包含了申請官費，續展官費及轉讓官費三個方面。詳見下表：

According to the table above, we can see that there is only a slight change for the official fee.

根據以上表格，我們可看出此次官費漲幅不大，且只是略漲。

On May 27, 2019, the Argentinean Trademark Office issued the Resolution No 123/2019 which amends the terms to reply office action, extension of time to reply to substantial official actions, trademarks renewal and the requirement to file a Mid-Term Declaration of Use for registered trademarks.

此前，2019年5月27日，阿根廷商標局剛發布了第123/2019號決議：修正了阿根廷商標答復審查意見的期限，延長答復實質審查意見的期限，商標續展以及對阿根廷注冊商標提交中期使用聲明的要求。
